Press release, Paris, 8 June 2022

Cegid, a leader in cloud solutions for HR (Payroll, Talent Management), Finance (ERP, Treasury, Tax), Accounting, Retail and Entrepreneurship, announces the acquisition of Wittyfit, a French company founded in 2014, parent whose office is based in Paris and has about twenty employees.

The Wittyfit platform complements Cegid’s talent management offering, Cegid Talentsoft, by enabling HR managers in mid-sized and large companies to offer new employee experiences for sustainable operations.

Wittyfit allows organizations to measure, analyze and act on job satisfaction, employee engagement and monitoring to improve collective performance from a single SaaS platform.

Cegid supports the transformation of the world of work by simplifying processes and allowing HR departments to devote more of their time to business experience. Thus, the Wittyfit platform complements the Cegid HCM portfolio, including Cegid Talentsoft’s talent management. By capturing the feelings generated by, for example, new working environments: telecommuting, flexible office, mobile work, outsourcing of certain functions, HR departments and managers can understand and act on the human capital levers that improve company performance in a sustainable way. .

Wittyfit is used both by employees to confidentially respond to surveys and make suggestions, by managers to turn ideas into action and ensure follow-up, and by HR departments to collect key performance indicators, analyze and manage collective performance. Plug and play, Wittyfit already has 120,000 users including teams

Cegid, who are among his customers and will continue to use his solution.

A true management dashboard, Wittyfit was the very first platform in France capable of measuring job satisfaction in real time. “It is currently the leading human factor management solution for companies,” says Pascal Huyon, CEO of Cegid. With the acquisition of Wittyfit, Cegid strengthens its investment strategy and market leadership in cloud-based HR and talent management. Our goal is to accelerate the development of Wittyfit in France and then very quickly internationally, especially in Spain.

Two co-founders Thomas Cornet and Samuel Devavrin and all Wittyfit employees join Cegid and its HCM business unit led by Mark Bruzzo.
